The Company
Rose and Robin is the English name for the Danish company
"Rosa og Ridderen" that is owned by Henriette Schioetz and was
established in 2005.

Terms of use
Ordering:
The ordering takes place on the website, but
alternatively it can be done by sending an E-mail. All prices on
the website are including the Danish VAT on 25%.
If an order is placed within the EU it will be invoiced with the
Danish VAT according to government laws.
If the order is placed from outside the EU it will be invoiced
without the Danish VAT, and the customer has to pay local VAT and
taxes on delivery according to local laws.
When an order is placed on our website, there will be sent an
automatic order confirmation to the customers E-mail, where the
order is specified.
The final invoice will be sent with the package and can differ
slightly to the order confirmation in case of rebates or discounts.
For countries outside the EU this invoice is used for VAT and tax
declaration purposes.
Payment method:
Rose and Robin accepts the credit cards Dankort, Visa,
Mastercard, Maestro, JCB. American express is unfortunately no
longer an option.
You can also choose to pay by bank transfer instead. You
will then receive an E-mail for details and as soon as the payment
is registred on our account the order will be
shipped.
When a credit card is used for a payment in our Web shop, you
are naturally protected against abuse of your credit card
information.
The credit card information is entered in a secure environment
and the data is being encrypted (SSL - Secure Socket Layer). It's
only the Danish company PBS (Cooperation between Danish Banks) that
can access and read the entered data. The amount will not be
withdrawn from your account until the package has been sent, and
there can newer be withdrawn a higher amount than you have accepted
in the order.
There are not given any special discounts in the Web shop, but
members of our club will occasionally receive special offers in the
newsletters. Read more about this in the area "Members Club".
Delivery terms:
All orders will be charged a freight charge for the
shipping cost as package or recommended letter.
For small orders it's possible to ship the order as regular mail
at a cost of 8 EUR, but then the delivery is at the
customers own risk and the customer hereby accept that Rose and
Robin can't be held responsible for a missing
delivery.
There is free freight for all orders within Europe, exceeding a
value of 200 EUR of new undiscounted items. The freight will be
deducted manually before the order is shipped.
The freight charges for orders made for delivery in Denmark will
be manually adjusted down to an amount equal to the charges in DKK
in the Danish shop.
All small orders will be sent with the Danish Post and
PNL.
The scheduled delivery time inside the EU is between 4-6 working
days depending on the distance to Denmark plus custom clearance.
Outside EU it can be from 4-10 working days, plus custom clearance,
depending on the distance to Denmark
If an order is returned due to the fact that it not have been
picked up at the Post Office, Rose and Robin will charge a fee of
35 EUR to compensate for the return freight and handling.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your order when it's been
delivered or the size is wrong, please return the items to Rose and
Robin within 14 working days if you would like a refund or
exchange. The items need to be in perfect condition in all original
packaging. We cannot refund or exchange anything that has been
personalized, washed etc. The customer is responsible for return
postage expenses and original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims should goods be
lost in transit.
The right of return is based on Danish consumer laws.
Cancellation of an Order:
You can cancel your order at any time. If the order has been
shipped then you have 10 working days to return your order to
receive a full refund minus original shipping costs.
Disputes
Any dispute that involves Rose and Robin will be cleared
according to Danish laws and regulations and a Danish court will be
used, unless the Danish law prescribes it differently. This rule
applies to all sales outside Denmark, the Faro Islands and
Greenland.
